• Web Tools: Responsive Design View

Annoyingly, Responsive Design View is, "..switched off by default."
Therefore one must "Open the dev tools, click the gear, and check Responsive Design Mode under Available Toolbox Buttons."

OR...

devtools.command-button-responsive.enabled   >   true

Even more annoying is that one must retsart the browser before these new settings function. Sigh!

• How do I delete preference entries in about:config?

You can right-click prefs that you no longer need and select
Reset in the right-click context menu and they will be removed upon the next re-start.

Alternatively one can edit them out of the prefs.js file in your profile folder - but not while the browser is running.
